Snow moon, Washington D.C.

from $10.00

Every picture has a story to tell which makes it worth the effort and exciting every single time you’re out to shoot. Last time, the skies in Boston weren’t as generous as the ones in D.C. today but nevertheless, what’s important is to try! Today was no less adventure. I was late off work and rushed to this location but I could not find a parking spot in time (Silly me not thinking today was a work day). I finally got one a couple of miles out, tried to get an Uber which got cancelled by the driver 😡

Luckily, I found a @linkscooter 🛴lying right in front of me. (Never been more thankful for electric scooters across the city!!)

I got one right away and could already see the moon rising!

I planned to get to this spot using the @photopills app and it exactly rose from where I planned to go! Phew 😮‍💨

This one is shot with a @nikon.z6 70-200 Z lens with a Nikon 2X teleconverter.

EXIF: 300mm f/5.6 1/40s

This photo is a blend of the Washington monument @ ISO 2000 and the moon at ISO 40. Hope ya’ll like it ✌🏻
